Weekly program and the return of lapsed lords

• The event week is now one schedule: three heavy days instead of seven, throne battles on Tuesday and Saturday.
• Lapsed lords are welcomed back again: the return quest chain works for every country, and whoever invited them is rewarded too.
• Battle results now appear on this site by themselves, straight from the servers.
• Hero packs repriced: identical packs no longer cost different money.
